All frames have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. Manufacture defects include the structural design, hinges and welding points. Misuse causing frame damage such as scratching or tarnishing; destruction or damage by a vehicle; pet damage; bending or twisting the frame; stepping or sitting on frame; or any other damage not considered a manufactures defect will not be covered.

Your glasses are made exactly as ordered. They are inspected prior to shipping for defects and to ensure the accuracy of the prescription. All sales are final. If you are unsure of your prescription, please complete the order form online and fax a copy of your prescription to us.
